For marketing or promotional texts, prior express written consent is required. Consent to receive SMS communications is not a condition of purchasing any product or service.

Message frequency varies based on your engagement and communication preferences. You will not receive unsolicited bulk marketing texts. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any text message; reply HELP for assistance or contact us at info@cyberhillpartners.com. Message and data rates may apply. Cyberhill is not responsible for charges applied by your mobile carrier.

We do not share your personal information with mobile carriers for their own marketing purposes. SMS/text messaging opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third party for their own marketing or promotional purposes. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

Email Communications and CAN-SPAM Compliance

Cyberhill complies with the CAN-SPAM Act for all commercial email communications. We will not use false or misleading header information; will identify commercial email as advertising where required; will include our physical mailing address in commercial email; will provide a clear opt-out mechanism; and will honor opt-out requests promptly. Opting out of marketing or commercial email does not affect transactional or service-related communications necessary to fulfill an existing contractual obligation.

We will respond to verifiable California rights requests within 45 days, with a possible extension of an additional 45 days where reasonably necessary.

Texas residents have rights under the Texas Data Privacy and Security Act to confirm and access, correct, delete, opt out, non-discrimination, and appeal. We will respond to verified Texas rights requests within 45 days of receipt, with a possible extension of an additional 45 days where reasonably necessary. If an appeal is denied, you may submit a complaint to the Texas Attorney General.

Virginia residents have rights under the Virginia Consumer Data Protection Act to confirm and access, correct, delete, opt out, non-discrimination, and appeal. We will respond to verified Virginia rights requests within 45 days, with a possible extension of an additional 45 days where reasonably necessary. Residents of certain other states may have comparable rights to access, correct, delete, and opt out to the extent permitted by applicable law.

EU and EEA residents may have additional rights under the General Data Protection Regulation, including access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection, and data portability. Because no uniform standard for Do Not Track signals has been finalized, our website does not currently respond to Do Not Track signals.
